    Did you make the pancakes yourself? They sound like they’d be very tasty.

      Yep, I actually made them again this morning. Very easy to make with a mixer (whisking is a pain because the batter is tougher than normal pancake flour). I use sugar free maple syrup to sweeten the taste.
